Holidays to Tenerife

Enjoying a fabulous climate of year-round sunshine, Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands and lies just off the south coast of Africa. It is an extremely popular holiday destination with resorts like Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos offering just about every facility you can imagine. Take time out to explore the beautiful surrounding areas or just stroll along the stretches of sandy beaches. In the sub tropical north, you’ll discover towering cliffs and lush valleys, banana plantations and colourful carpets of exotic flowers. Domination the island and well worth a visit is Mount Teide. This giant volcano, which reaches 3800m, is Spain’s highest peak.

All in all, Tenerife has something for everyone. Kids will love the beaches and water parks and adults will appreciate the value for money. Then of course, there’s the young and lively crowd, who will no doubt party so much, they’ll need another holiday to recover!
